Job Title: Behaviour Mentor
Location: Harrow
Pay Range: £95 - £110 per day
Contract Type: Day-to-day, Full-Time, Part-Time & Long-Term positions available

We are seeking dedicated Behaviour Mentor to work across Primary & Secondary Schools, Alternative Provisions and SEN settings in Harrow throughout the Summer Term. There are a range of opportunities available, including day‑to‑day, full‑time, and long‑term positions. These roles offer a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young people who require additional behavioural, social, and emotional support.

Key Responsibilities of Behaviour Mentor:

*

Provide targeted behaviour and pastoral support to pupil.

*

Deliver 1:1 and small-group intervention to improve behaviour and engagement.

*

Maintain high expectations and uphold school behaviour policies.

*

Record and report behaviour and pastoral concerns accurately.

*

Work with staff, pupils and parents to ensure consistent support.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

*

Hold a relevant qualification in youth work, psychology, SEND social care or similar

*

Have experience support children/young people in schools, alternative provisions, youth services or complex-needs settings

*

Understand effective behaviour support strategies and safeguarding practice and pastoral interventions.

*

Work confidently within multi-disciplinary teams, collaborating with internal staff and external agencies to support students.

*

Uphold high expectation for pupil conduct, engagement and wellbeing, with strong professional and safeguarding standards
