Behaviour Mentor Birmingham (accessible via public transport and a short walk for non-drivers) £115-£125 per day Start Date: ASAP Contract: Full-time, long-term temp-to-perm (Full Academic Year) Long Term Futures is seeking a resilient and confident Behaviour Mentor to provide 1:1 support for pupils with ASD, ADHD, anxiety and challenging behaviour in a supportive Birmingham SEND School. The pupils in this school require consistent structure, strong boundaries and a calm, experienced adult who can respond confidently to behavioural incidents while maintaining a supportive and regulated learning environment. Experience supporting challenging behaviour is essential, and positive handling / restraint training is desirable for this role. Whilst the right candidate will be firm but fair, empathy and the ability to build trusting relationships is essential.
