Colmore Education is currently recruiting for a Behaviour Mentor to work in a school based in Telford.

This is a full-time role starting ASAP, supporting students within an inclusion room—working closely with pupils who may display challenging behaviour and need additional guidance to stay engaged with their learning.

The role:
• Supporting students with behavioural needs
• Working within the school’s inclusion unit
• Building positive relationships and promoting engagement
• Helping students regulate behaviour and return to class successfully

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has experience working with young people (school, youth work, or similar)
• Is calm, resilient, and consistent
• Can manage challenging behaviour positively
• Is passionate about making a difference
