Monarch Education are actively recruiting, in collaboration with an academy trust in Bristol, for enthusiastic Behaviour Mentors, ideally with experience or a passion of special Educational needs, to work in a client Special Educational Needs Schools. The schools are located across the Bristol area.

These exciting opportunities are both full- time and long-term. The school settings are friendly and culturally have a family orientated environment, offering support and guidance The hours vary from 8.30:15:30 (Depending on the school), Monday to Friday and term time only.
The school's are ideally looking for behaviour mentors who understand and have experience of working with special educational needs, with either children or adults. For the right candidate this position will go permanent, with the position starting ASAP/September 2025.
In these environments, you will be supporting varying students between the ages of 2-16+, with various SEND needs including; autism, global delay, Profound Multiple Learning Disabilities, speech and language difficulties and Social Emotional Mental Health Needs. You'll be supporting students alongside the classroom teacher to boost attainment and aid their development, both socially and in their education.
