As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be supporting students with SEMH and challenging behaviour, working on a 1:1 and small group basis to promote positive behaviour, engagement and emotional regulation. The ideal Behaviour Mentor will be Team Teach trained and have experience working within a PRU or alternative provision. An enhanced DBS on the update service is essential.
