This Stratford school is looking for a Behaviour Mentor who can build positive relationships, provide structure, and help pupils develop self-regulation and resilience. You will work closely with pupils who may display challenging behaviour, low confidence or barriers to learning, supporting them both inside and outside the classroom. Working alongside class teachers and pastoral staff, you will help create a safe, supportive and consistent environment.

Whether you are looking for day-to-day work, a long-term placement or the chance to secure something permanent, our consultants work closely with mainstream schools and are here to support you every step of the way.

The successful Behaviour Mentor will have:

Experience supporting pupils within a primary or school setting
Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Confidence working 1:1 and with small groups
A supportive, patient and positive approach
Ability to build trust and motivate pupils to stay engaged in learning
Willingness to work closely with teachers, pastoral teams and families
