This is an exciting opportunity for dedicated individuals to support young people with additional needs in developing positive behaviour and achieving their potential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with social, emotional, or behavioural needs.
* Implement positive behaviour management strategies and de-escalation techniques.
* Support pupils’ emotional regulation and engagement within the classroom.
* Work closely with teachers and pastoral teams to track progress and maintain consistency.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
* Experience supporting young people with challenging behaviour or SEMH needs.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to behaviour support.
