We are recruiting Behaviour Mentors to work in specialist SEN and alternative provision schools supporting pupils who benefit from additional behavioural and emotional support.

These roles involve working closely with pupils who may have SEMH needs or who require additional guidance to remain engaged with learning.

Successful Behaviour Mentors understand how to remain calm, build trust with pupils and set clear expectations within the classroom.

* Supporting pupils with behaviour and emotional regulation

* Acting as a consistent and positive role model

* Working alongside teachers and pastoral teams

* Supporting pupils during lessons and interventions

Candidates must have experience working with young people and an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is highly desirable.

We prioritise candidates who demonstrate strong behaviour management, reliability and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils
