Behaviour Mentor - Bletchley | Specialist Setting - Bletchley

Are you an experienced Behaviour Mentor looking for an opportunity to make a real impact in a specialist setting? A highly regarded Ofsted-rated Outstanding school in Bletchley is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to support learners with autism and challenging behaviours.

The Role:

  • Temporary-to-permanent opportunity with progression routes
  • Competitive daily rate of £100-£120
  • Supporting learners with social, emotional, and behavioural needs
  • Implementing de-escalation strategies and behaviour interventions
  • Working closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams
  • Contributing to a safe, supportive, and nurturing learning environment within an outstanding specialist setting in Bletchley

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience working as a Behaviour Mentor, Learning Mentor, or within an SEN/SEMH setting
  • Strong understanding of behaviour management and de-escalation strategies
  • Passion for supporting learners with autism and challenging behaviours
  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to build positive, trusting relationships with young people
