Job Role: Behaviour MentorSchool Type: Secondary, Alternative EducationLocation: Brent, North-West LondonStart:April 2026Tradewind Recruitment are working with a specialist alternative provision in West London that is looking for a Behaviour Mentor to join their team. This is a full-time role supporting students who need extra help managing behaviour and engaging with their education.The setting works with young people who may have faced challenges in mainstream school and need additional support with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, behaviour regulation, and confidence. As a Behaviour Mentor, you'll play a key role in supporting students both in and out of the classroom, helping them stay focused, regulate behaviour, and build positive routines.What you'll be doing:
