Start Date: January 2025 Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm Pay: £90-£130 per day Contract: January 2025 - July 2025, with potential to become temp-to-perm

Tradewind Recruitment are working with a Good Alternative Provision in Blackpool who are seeking a hardworking, ambitious, and resilient Behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team from January 2025.

About the Role

As a Behaviour Specialist TA, you will:

Support pupils across KS3-KS4 in small groups to enhance learning, progress and engagement.

Work closely with students with SEN, SEMH and behavioural needs, including those with EHCPs.

Provide stability, encouragement and positive behaviour support to help pupils achieve their potential.

Although experience is beneficial, the school welcomes applicants with the right attitude-patience, determination and a passion for supporting young people.
