Behaviour Support - The Role: * Alternative Provision in Manchester * Support pupils with challenging behaviour * Assist those with additional needs * Promote positive behaviour and mental health * 1:1 / small group intervention sessions * Monitor student progress * Ability to cater for an array of different educational needs
Behaviour Support - Key Information: * Daily rate of £110-£130 per day, term time only * Full time, Monday - Friday school hours * Excellent SLT and SEN team to support
Behaviour Support - Person Specification: * Challenging experience is required * Team Teach is beneficial, or have the willingness to be put on the course * Previous experience working in a PRU would be desirable * Personable and role model figure required * Supportive and inspiring personality * Patient and empathetic mentality is crucial
