Behaviour Support Assistant:

Teaching Personnel are currently working closely with multiple secondary schools in South Manchester who are seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting students with overcoming behavioural challenges. This role is looking to start ASAP on a full time basis and all schools are located near public transport links and there is also access to staff car parks.

Your main duties will be to deliver targeted interventions to assist students with improving their behavioural skills. You will work closely with the classroom teacher and the SENCO and should play a key role in fostering a safe learning environment for students.

The pay for this role will be around £95 per day dependent on experience.

Job Duties:

Support students with emotional and behavioural challenges on a 1:1 basis. Contribute to the development of individual behaviour plans. Successfully implement behaviour management interventions and strategies. Encourage a positive learning attitude whilst creating safe learning spaces for all. Monitor individual student progress. Build strong relationships and have great interpersonal skills. Job Requirements:
