As a Teaching Assistant in one of the most unique specialist provisions, your role will be to support pupils who have a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) with their day to day schooling tasks, working with them closely both inside and outside of the classroom.
The successful candidate will have a passion for supporting children and ideally have experience working with children or have a background in care roles, sports coaching or youth work. Job Duties:
Demonstrate proactive initiative and the ability to follow direction calmly and assertively. Provide tailored academic support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support students' academic development. Assist in implementing behaviour management strategies. The vetting process:
