This Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant role in Slough will involve working closely with pupils who may present challenging behaviour or require extra support to remain focused and engaged throughout the school day.

The Role - Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant (Slough):

Provide targeted support to pupils with behavioural needs Work 1:1 or with small groups to encourage positive behaviour and engagement Implement behaviour management strategies and provide emotional support Support the class teacher in maintaining a positive learning environment Work alongside the SENCO and pastoral team to support pupil developmentWhat We're Looking For:
