In this role, you will be supporting a KS1 pupil with behavioural and emotional needs on a 1:1 basis, helping them manage their behaviour, regulate emotions, and engage positively with learning. You will work closely with the class teacher and SEN team to implement behaviour strategies, support routines, and encourage positive social interactions.
