As a Behaviour Teaching Assistant, you will work with pupils, supporting them to manage behaviour, regulate emotions, and engage positively with learning. The role involves a mix of 1:1 support and small group interventions, helping students overcome barriers to education and build confidence in a structured, nurturing environment.

Role: Behaviour Teaching Assistant

* Salary: £89-£100 per day
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
* Start Date: ASAP
* Ideal for: Psychology, Criminology, Education graduates or those passionate about behaviour and mental healthAs a Behaviour Teaching Assistant, you will help implement behaviour support plans, de-escalation strategies, and personalised interventions. You will work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and mental health professionals to provide consistent and meaningful support.
