The school supports children and young people aged 6-18 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Autism, ADHD, and behavioural challenges.

As a Behaviour Teaching Assistant , you will work closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff to help students overcome barriers to learning and achieve personal growth.

You will play a key role in supporting positive behaviour strategies, emotional regulation, and social development, both inside and outside the classroom.

Your presence will provide consistency, encouragement, and structure to students who thrive with strong, supportive role models.

Key Details Role: Behaviour Teaching Assistant Location: Thatcham Salary: £89-£100 per day Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am
- 3:30 pm Start Date: ASAP Ideal for: Psychology, Criminology, Education, or Youth Work graduates This Behaviour Teaching Assistant role will provide invaluable experience working alongside experienced SENCOs, Behaviour Specialists, and Mental Health Professionals.
