The Role Working as part of the skilled production team, you will play a key role in manufacturing high-quality furniture and cabinetry. Responsibilities Operating woodworking machinery safely and efficiently Producing high-quality joinery and cabinetry components Working with laminates and furniture-grade materials Interpreting workshop drawings and production specifications Maintaining excellent attention to detail and quality standards Supporting the wider production team to ensure projects are delivered on time Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Bench Joiner or Wood Machinist Strong knowledge of woodworking machinery Experience with cabinetry and laminated materials Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship The ability to work independently and as part of a team The workshop is located in a rural area, so you will need your own transport to travel to and from work. xehkeey Benefits Competitive salary based on your skills and experience 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) Monday to Friday working - no weekends Career progression opportunities Extra 5 days holiday after 5 years of service 3% Workplace Pension If you're an experienced joiner who enjoys working with quality materials and producing exceptional furniture, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
