Experienced Bench Joiner

Location: Swindon
Hours: 8:00am 4:30pm (37.5 hours per week + overtime)
Start: Immediate
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience £14.50 - £18.50

Cotswold Talent Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established manufacturing company based in Swindon, who specialise in producing high-quality shop fittings and retail fixtures.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Bench Joiner to join their busy and skilled team.

The Role

• Manufacture and assembly of shop fittings and retail counters
• Final finishing of joinery products
• Solid surface work and laminating
• Working from technical drawings
• Maintaining high standards of quality and craftsmanship
• Optional site work when required

The Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 3 years experience in a joinery manufacturing environment
• Relevant joinery/carpentry qualifications
• Skilled in assembly and final finishing
• Experience with solid surface materials and laminating
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail
• Strong communication skills
• Able to work to deadlines
• Must have own tools
