Robertson Recruitment are looking for an experienced and reliable Bench Hand Joiner to join the workshop team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for manufacturing high-quality bespoke joinery items including doors, windows and cabinetry.
You will work from technical drawings and use a variety of woodworking machinery and hand tools to produce precision joinery to a high standard.
Working hours Monday to Friday 07:30am - 16:30pm Responsibilities Manufacture bespoke joinery items from technical drawings and specifications Operate woodworking machinery such as spindle moulders, panel saws, thicknessers, and planers Assemble timber components to produce finished joinery products Ensure all work meets quality standards and project requirements Maintain a clean and safe working environment Follow health and safety procedures at all times Work both independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines Requirements Proven experience as a Bench Hand Joiner or similar role Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Skilled in the use of woodworking machinery and hand tools High attention to detail and pride in xehkeey producing quality workmanship Good time management and organisational skills Knowledge of workshop health and safety practices Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Stable, full-time employment Supportive workshop environment Opportunity to work on varied and interesting bespoke projects Please get in touch if you are interested in this role.
