Business Intelligence Analyst

Hybrid 2 days per week.

An established organisation is seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join its Data, Analytics and Insight team. This role focuses on designing and delivering clear, effective, and user-friendly dashboards that support data-driven decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop engaging Power BI dashboards and reports. Use SQL to extract, transform, and prepare datasets for reporting. Apply data visualisation best practises to present complex information clearly. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions. Maintain and enhance existing dashboards to ensure accuracy, reliability, and relevance. Support users in adopting self-service BI and identify opportunities to improve reporting processes.

Essential Requirements:

Proven experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards in a commercial environment. Proficiency in SQL for querying and preparing data. Strong understanding of dashboard UX/UI design to ensure insights are accessible and easy to interpret. Excellent communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable:
