What you’ll be doing:-

You’ll support the delivery of high-quality bid submissions while developing your skills in a structured environment:

  • Support the coordination of bid and proposal submissions
  • Review tender documents and identify key requirements
  • Work with internal teams to gather content and information
  • Edit and format documents for clarity and consistency
  • Assist with managing timelines and deadlines
  • Learn best-practice bid processes and tools


Who this role is for:-

  • Have some exposure to bids or proposals (even a few months) within the built environment sector
  • Have worked on bids as part of a wider role (e.g. marketing, admin, project support)
  • Want to move into bids full-time and build a long-term career
