£30,000 - £40,000 Basic + Discretionary Bonus + Holidays + Pension + Package
On offer is the opportunity to join a growing compliance and property services contractor operating across social housing and public sector frameworks. This is a key hire within the business, with a clear mandate to coordinate the end to end bid process, ensuring all submissions are completed on time and in line with client requirements.
My client operates across social housing, delivering essential services including electrical compliance, maintenance and upgrade works for housing associations and local authorities. They require a Bid Coordinator to offer continuous support to small bid team of five, support production of written responses, and maintain an organised and up-to-date library of case studies, CVs and supporting information. A long-term, progressive opportunity on offer for someone who wants to make a visible impact and grow into a Bid Writer or Bid Manager role in the future.
Your Duties:
* Coordinate the end-to-end bid process, ensuring all submissions are completed on time and in line with client requirements
* Support the production of high-quality written responses, including drafting standard content and tailoring submissions to specific tenders
* Manage bid documentation, maintaining an organised and up-to-date library of case studies, CVs and supporting information
* Liaise with internal stakeholders (commercial, operational and technical teams) to gather relevant information for bid submissions
* Assist with bid planning, including tracking deadlines, managing inputs and supporting bid review processes
* Ensure all submissions are compliant with tender requirements, formatting guidelines and evaluation criteria
Experience Required:
* Experienced Bid Coordinator / Bid Executive / Bid Administrator
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to format and present professional bid documents
* Willing to commute to Waltham Abbey 3 days per week
