We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead and coordinate bids across a variety of projects. This role offers exposure to multi-sector, high-value projects and the chance to influence bid strategy and outcomes.
Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end bid process, from initial tender to submission
*
Develop high-quality, client-focused proposals
*
Collaborate with project teams, commercial managers, and technical specialists
*
Maintain bid pipelines, deadlines, and documentation
*
Support post-submission clarifications and negotiations
Skills & Experience:
*
Proven experience as a Bid Manager in construction, rail, energy, or similar sectors
*
Strong understanding of tendering processes and bid strategy
*
Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills
*
Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
*
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with bid management software is advantageous
