With a turnover of £15m and a strong pipeline of secured work, this business is continuing to expand its footprint across the UK, supported by a close-knit team of over 50 professionals across offices in Essex and Bristol. As part of this growth, they are now seeking a talented Bid Writer to join their Pre-Construction Team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in shaping winning tender submissions and contributing directly to the company's continued success.
The Role
This is a dynamic and collaborative position where you'll work closely with Estimators, Project Managers, and senior operational staff to produce compelling, high-quality bid submissions. You'll take technical information and transform it into clear, engaging, and client-focused proposals that showcase the company's expertise and capabilities. Flexible and part-time working options are available, with the role based from Essex, Avonmouth, or Stoke.
