Role Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Bid Writer to join a growing Business Development team, playing a key role in securing new business through high-quality, compelling tender submissions.

This role is ideal for someone who can translate complex information into clear, persuasive content and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Producing high-quality responses for bids, tenders, and proposals
  • Creating clear, professional and technical documentation, including mobilisation strategies
  • Ensuring all submissions are compliant, bespoke, and aligned with client requirements and corporate standards
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored, client-focused submissions
  • Managing multiple bids simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met
  • Maintaining and improving bid content libraries and processes
  • Supporting presentations and developing digital bid and sales content
  • Using tools such as AI (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot), Microsoft and Adobe software


What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in bid, tender or proposal writing (FM or service sector desirable)
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Advanced Microsoft Office & Adobe skills
  • Experience with bid management software and client portals
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Comfortable using AI tools to enhance content creation
  • Full UK driving licence
