We are currently recruiting for a Bid Writer to join a well-established main contractor based in Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid background in Quantity Surveying, looking to join a dynamic and successful business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prioritising workload, under direction from the Pre-Construction Manager, working under pressure initiating and sustaining good working relationships.
* Actively managing key quality questions / submission within PQQ / EOI / ITT / post tender writing process reporting to the Pre-Construction Manager in accordance with company procedures.
* Case Studies / Newsletters / Awards / Portfolios website content / CV's / Press releases / Writing policies / Drafting IMS policies / Op's etc.
* To act in the best interests of the company working in an ethical manner as a member of the Pre-Construction team.
Requirements:
* Relatable degree, HND, HNC, NVQ Level 6, or qualification by experience.
* Desirable: Professional Membership of a relatable Industry Body CIOB / MICE / RICS / APMB.
* Technical writing.
* Layout - Adobe skills.
* Industry related knowledge.
* Processes and Regulation, including QMS / H&S / Site Management / BIM / Environment...
