Bids Manager/Estimator

Location: Maidstone, Kent

RGsetsquare recruitment is working with FM and Construction Companies who are responsible for managing a mixture of reactive and planned maintenance contracts across UK.

Salary- £70k-100k annual base

Our Client is a Top Tier Contractor whom are looking for a experienced Construction Estimator/Bid Manager to help deliver a long term framework of construction based new build and refurbishment projects in the commercial, residential, care home and government sectors. Project typically £1million to £15 million.

The ideal candidate will already be working in a similar construction role and have main contractor project experience. This is an exceptional role with an exciting company and not just about pricing but meeting clients and stakeholders on a regular basis.

As an Estimator/ Bid Manager you will have strong process driven experience, and take responsibility for:

All Pricing

Managing Bids

Managing the construction programming through the cycle of the build and be able to understand the construction sequence and techniques employed.

Programme control and the co-ordination of trades and the ability to adapt this where required.

Add cost and design input on the delivery process and end product

Co-Ordinating all design and project consultants

Managing meetings with client and stakeholders
