An exciting opportunity to join the finance function of a global law firm as an eBilling Manager, leading the firm-wide eBilling process across the EMEA and APAC regions. This position plays a key role in managing electronic invoice submission across multiple client platforms and driving operational improvements in billing compliance, automation, and process design.
This role would suit someone with strong eBilling experience in a legal or professional services environment who is ready to take the lead in process improvement and team development.
Role

Oversee the timely and accurate submission of invoices through client eBilling platforms (e.g. Serengeti, CounselLink, BillBlast, Tymetrix)

Lead, manage, and support a team of 10 eBilling specialists across the UK and international offices

Monitor eBilling deadlines to ensure compliance with client SLAs and mitigate financial risks
*
Own the configuration, testing and rollout of the firm’s eBilling hub for key clients
*
Develop firm-wide best practice eBilling processes and ensure consistency across jurisdictions
*
Identify areas for automation and lead projects to improve workflow and billing efficiency
*
Work closely with internal finance, pricing, compliance, and client teams to support billing strategy
