BIM Co-Ordinator – Residential + Hospitality Focus

We’re working with a highly regarded international design studio with offices in London, Dubai, and Amman, known for delivering high-end, detail-driven architecture across residential, hospitality and mixed-use sectors.

Their London team is looking for a talented and hands-on BIM Co-Ordinator to help lead on digital workflows, model coordination, and BIM delivery across some beautifully crafted UK and Middle Eastern projects.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading model federation, clash detection and issue tracking using Revit and Navisworks
• Managing multi-disciplinary coordination and producing clean, compliant models
• Supporting project teams with model authoring, documentation and content quality
• Helping implement and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)
• Taking ownership of BIM standards, workflows, naming conventions and content libraries
• Collaborating with architects and consultants to ensure smooth digital delivery
• Driving ongoing improvement in BIM processes and drawing outputs across the team

What you’ll bring:

• 4–6 years’ experience working in BIM, architecture or coordination roles
• Strong Revit and Navisworks skills; comfortable with model federation and clash detection
• Knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650, BS 1192, etc.) and drawing production workflows
• Attention to detail and confidence in naming conventions, auditing and model QC
• Experience working on high-quality architecture projects, ideally with Middle Eastern exposure
• A collaborative mindset and strong communication with multi-disciplinary teams
• Bonus if you have Dynamo or Python skills
