Job Title: BIM Coordinator Location: Birmingham Salary: Up to £35,000 (DOE) Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in a Building Design Consultancy environment We’re working with a well-established, multidisciplinary Building Design Consultancy in Birmingham that is looking to bring in a number of talented BIM Coordinators to support continued project growth across residential, commercial, healthcare, and education sectors.

The Role: As a BIM Coordinator , you will play a key role in the successful delivery of projects by managing BIM workflows, ensuring model accuracy, and supporting the design team across various stages. You'll work closely with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure BIM standards are met and exceeded.
