Senior BIM Coordinator / BIM Manager (Information Management Focus)

Our focus is on clear, consistent Information Management aligned with ISO 19650 principles, supporting both project delivery and long-term client value.

As we grow, we are looking for someone who can bridge Information Management and delivery, applying standards in a practical, project-focused way.

The Role

This is a hands-on role combining Information Management and project delivery.

You will be responsible for ensuring that information is structured, consistent, and aligned across projects, while also supporting BIM coordination and delivery.

This role is about making Information Management work in practice, not just defining it.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply Information Management processes aligned to ISO 19650
• Support BIM Execution Plan (BEP) implementation on projects
• Structure and manage Common Data Environments (CDE)
• Ensure naming conventions and information standards are followed
• Lead BIM coordination across projects
• Resolve coordination and data issues proactively
• Maintain consistency across project deliverables
• Communicate clearly with team members and clients

What We’re Looking For

• 5–10 years of experience in BIM / Information Management
• Good understanding of ISO 19650 principles (practical application)
• Experience working with CDE platforms (e.g. ACC, BIM 360, Asite, ProjectWise, etc.)
• Strong Revit and coordination experience
• Able to apply standards in a practical, delivery-focused way
• Clear and responsive communicator
• Comfortable working in a small, growing team
• Proactive, solution-focused mindset

Compensation & Growth

• £55,000 – £65,000 depending on experience
