As the new BIM Manager, you’ll take ownership of the BIM model across drylining and ceiling projects, leading design integration and ensuring the 3D model drives construction efficiency. What you’ll do

* Manage and maintain BIM models for drylining and ceiling fit-out projects in Revit, ensuring accuracy, coordination, and compliance with BIM protocols.

* Lead clash detection and resolution using Navisworks, coordinating with multiple trades and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.

* Develop, edit, and integrate Revit families across projects, maintaining high standards for modelling consistency and efficiency.

* Work closely with the design team, project managers, and site teams to embed BIM workflows, set standards, and streamline processes.

* Mentor and guide team members in BIM best practices, helping to build internal capability and strengthen the in-house design team.
