BIM Manager
We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to take ownership of digital delivery and internal BIM processes across multiple offices Manchester, Sheffield, or Wellingore (flexible/hybrid).
This is a key leadership role suited to someone looking to shape and drive BIM standards, workflows, and best practices within a growing team.
You MUST have worked on UK based projects and have a experience working to BS standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage BIM delivery across projects and teams
• Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards and workflows
• Oversee and support the use of Common Data Environments (CDEs)
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, including COBie requirements
• Provide guidance and mentorship to BIM technicians and wider project teams
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve digital processes
• Manage inter-office coordination (travel as required, self-directed)

• 10+ years' experience in BIM or digital engineering roles
• Strong working knowledge of COBie
• Proven experience in BIM team leadership or management (advantageous)
• Experience working within consultancies, contractors, or similar environments
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and project delivery
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Travel between Manchester, Sheffield, and Wellingore will be required, with flexibility and autonomy to manage frequency
