Our client is looking for a BIM Manager to be based in Warrington.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate

* Experience managing project information for complex engineering, construction, or infrastructure projects. * Strong understanding of document control, CDEs and ISO19650 - Asite experience is preferrable. * Familiarity with core DAMA-DMBOK disciplines, such as:  Data governance  Data architecture  Metadata and reference data management  Data quality management * Proficiency in digital platforms such as Autodesk BIM 360, Bentley ProjectWise, or equivalent PLM tools. * Strong coordination and organisational skills to support onboarding, deployment, and capability uplift. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and support multidisciplinary teams. * Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving programme environment.

Pay is £500 per day outside IR35
