Job Description

We’re looking for a BIM Technician to turn point cloud data into accurate, BIM-ready models, collaborate with surveyors and project managers, and help improve BIM workflows and best practices.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and quality-assure Revit models from point cloud data
  • Validate model data for accuracy and consistency
  • Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality BIM outputs
  • Support improvements to BIM processes, tools, and standards


Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years’ experience using Revit in a BIM environment
  • Strong knowledge of BIM standards and model coordination
  • Confidence working with point cloud data
  • Experience in Common Data Environments and AutoCAD
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and quality-focused
  • Experience in construction, surveying or geospatial sectors; familiarity with additional BIM tools; understanding of LiDAR or photogrammetry
