We are seeking a Biology Instructor to join our team to train AI models. Your responsibilities will include measuring the progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance the quality of each model.

The ideal candidate will have an expert understanding of biology. A completed or in-progress Masters/PhD is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant fields include, but are not limited to: Microbiology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Physiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Environmental Science.

This is a remote, full-time or part-time position where you can choose your projects and work on your own schedule.

Compensation starts at $40+ USD per hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.

Responsibilities:

• Present AI chatbots with diverse and complex biology problems and evaluate their outputs.
• Assess the correctness and performance of AI models.

Qualifications:

• A current, in-progress, or completed Masters and/or PhD is preferred but not required.
• Fluent in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in biology, reasoning, experimental design, data interpretation, and systems thinking.
