This position plays a vital role in our mission to develop and deliver top-quality pharmaceutical products. As a Biotechnologist, you’ll be at the cutting edge of innovation, contributing to the production of life-saving drug substances that have a real impact on patients’ lives.\n\nThis role is perfect for someone eager to launch their career in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and gain valuable experience working within a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)-regulated environment.\n\nKey responsibilities: Operate and control a variety of pharmaceutical equipment and processes.\n\nSupporting customer and regulatory audits as and when requested.\n\nManufacture drug substances according to GMP standards.\n\nParticipate in key safety training sessions.\n\nApply and complete GMP documentation - right first time.\n\nFollowing procedures for sampling and testing.\n\nActively communicate and collaborate with various functional areas to champion strong working relationships.\n\nEngage in problem-solving, root cause analysis, and resolution to ensure perfect operations.\n\nEnsure the safety management system is updated accordingly with events.\n\nKey requirements: Previous experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably within a GMP environment, is highly desirable..\n\nAn exciting in understand the use of eg. Bioreactors, chromatography columns or general pharmaceutical equipment.\n\nGood problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve root causes and implement effective solutions.\n\nOutstanding communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.\n\nAmbitious approach with a dedication to continuous learning and professional development.\n\nEvery day, Lonza’s products and services have a positive impact on millions of people.
