Job Title: Home Based Block Manager Location: London, Home Based with site visits Salary: Up to £50,000 plus £4,500 car allowance Overview A leading residential property management company is looking to appoint an experienced Home Based Block Manager to manage a portfolio of high risk and complex buildings across London. This is a senior role suited to someone with proven experience in HRB and complex block management who is confident working independently while delivering a high standard of service to clients and residents. You will take ownership of a portfolio of large and complex residential developments, working closely with internal compliance, building safety and finance teams to ensure all legal, safety and service obligations are met.
