Job Description: Responsibilities: Build and sustain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
Source, identify, and develop new business opportunities within the BMS market.
Create and deliver engaging technical presentations to demonstrate products and services to potential customers.
Work closely with the engineering team to understand customer needs and provide effective pre- and post-sales support.
Oversee the entire sales lifecycle, from initial engagement through to successful project delivery.
Lead contract negotiations and finalize agreements to achieve optimal commercial outcomes.
Monitor industry developments, market trends, and competitor activity.
Prepare and submit regular reports covering sales performance, pipeline activity, and forecasts.
Requirements: Demonstrated experience in BMS project sales or a closely related discipline.
Solid technical understanding of Building Management Systems.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
Capability to explain technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Highly self-motivated with a proactive, results-focused mindset.
Willingness and flexibility to travel across the south of the UK as required.
