A fast-growing, award-winning smart-buildings technology company is hiring a Senior Technical Account Manager to help major property owners optimise building performance using advanced analytics and real-time data.

The Role
Own the full lifecycle of key customer accounts, from onboarding through to renewal and growth
Act as the technical interface between engineering teams and client stakeholders
Analyse HVAC, metering and building control performance to drive optimisation
Deliver training, insights and ongoing advisory support to ensure platform adoption
Lead regular performance reviews and identify opportunities to expand contracts
Translate technical data into clear commercial and operational recommendations
Support continuous product improvement through structured customer feedback
Help deliver tangible outcomes in energy efficiency, occupant comfort and maintenance strategy
The Profile
Strong experience in technical account management or building services engineering
Deep understanding of BMS systems — particularly Niagara (essential)
Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, controls strategies and energy optimisation
Experience with integration protocols such as BACnet, Modbus or similar
Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders while maintaining technical credibility
Highly organised, analytical and naturally inquisitive
Motivated by purpose, sustainability and real-world performance impact
Degree or HNC in Building Services Engineering (or similar) advantageous
Salary typically £55k–£65k depending on experience
4-day working week (30 hours)
