Location: London & M25 (90% within area) Salary: £40,000 £55,000 DOE + Overtime (OTE £60k+) + £5,000 Car Allowance Hours: 8:00am 4:00pm Overview We are recruiting for a leading independent BMS specialists, one of the oldest and largest in the UK, delivering high-profile commercial projects across London and the Southeast. Due to continued growth, they are seeking BMS Commissioning Engineers at all levels. Role Commissioning of BMS systems (Trend / Tridium / Niagara) Point-to-point checks, functional testing, system validation Fault finding and diagnostics Working alongside Project Managers and site teams Leading commissioning activities on larger projects (senior level) Requirements Experience with Trend and/or Tridium (Niagara) ALC experience desirable Strong HVAC / building services knowledge Previous BMS commissioning experience Ability to read schematics and control strategies Full UK driving licence Package £40,000 £50,000 DOE £5,000 car allowance Regular overtime available (OTE £60k+) Overtime rates: time and a half (Saturday), double time (Sunday) Strong career progression Long-term project pipeline Location 90% London / within M25 Apply Immediate interviews available. xehkeey Apply now for more information.
