The Role:

As a BMS Engineer you will be responsible for undertaking preventative maintenance and diagnosis on building control systems
Carry out small repairs and remedial works
Provide routine inspections of BMS equipment
Respond to customer service call outs
Complete service and repairs to BMS Systems on sites.

Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced Building management systems engineer (BMS)
You will be experienced in the service, maintenance, fault finding, repairs of Building management systems
Ideally experienced working on Trend systems. Trend IQ Vision
Any experience on systems such as: Tridium, Distech, Schneider would be an advantage
Electrical skills / qualifications
Strong understanding of HVAC Plant rooms and associated plant
