Location: NW10, London
Working Hours: Approx. 7:45am – 5:30pm
Job Type: Contract / Permanent (adjust if needed)

About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced BMS Engineer to join a project team in the NW10 area. The successful candidate will be involved in BMS commissioning activities on high-profile projects, with datacentre experience considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

BMS commissioning and support activities

*

Integrated System Testing (IST)

*

Reading and interpreting electrical wiring diagrams

*

Checking and adjusting panel wiring

*

Carrying out dead testing and hot loop checks

*

Coordinating commissioning (Cx) activities and managing Cx operatives

*

Attending daily progress and planning meetings

*

Assisting with L2 QA/QC walkdowns

*

Drafting commissioning documentation using provided templates

*

Uploading documentation to customer platforms

Required Qualifications & Experience

*

Electrically skilled with an advanced electrical qualification

*

CSCS or ECS card (essential)

*

SMSTS or SSSTS (desirable)

*

Proven experience in BMS commissioning

*

Experience with Integrated System Testing

*

Datacentre project experience (highly desirable)

*

Strong understanding of electrical systems and panel wiring

*

Fluent in English (written and spoken)
