If you enjoy variety, technical depth, and being part of something genuinely forward-thinking, this could be for you. \n\nLondon - Hybrid Working \n\n£55,000 - £70,000 \nHybrid Working \nEV Car Scheme \nPrivate Healthcare \nPension \nTraining Support \nHybrid Working Options \n\nResponsibilities:\n\nDelivering complex BMS projects including upgrades, retrofits, optimisation works and system enhancements\nManaging project delivery end-to-end: design reviews, engineering input, installation oversight, commissioning coordination and handover\nDeveloping technical solutions and supporting with system configuration (Trend, Tridium)\nWorking closely with specialist clients across critical environments, commercial buildings and advanced facilities\nBuilding strong client relationships and ensuring smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle\nIdentifying opportunities for system improvements, energy optimisation and technology upgrades \n\nDesired Experience:\n\nSolid background in BMS engineering, project delivery, small works, or upgrades\nExperience with one or more key BMS platforms: Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider, etc.\nStrong understanding of BMS architecture, control strategy, field devices, and commissioning processes\nComfortable managing multiple projects and balancing technical and commercial responsibilities\nA proactive approach to problem-solving, innovation and delivering high-quality work \n\nINDUK
