Job Description
BEMS Project Manager
Salary - £75,000 - £85,000 basic + Package
London - Hybrid working and certain flexibility with hours are available
Our Client pride themselves on the outstanding, ground-breaking major projects they are often involved in, playing an instrumental part in the building and technological advancement of prestigious buildings around the UK.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from concept to completion. Carrying the ability to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. The individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.
Responsibilities
Direct and oversee completion of project - From Design to Handover
Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan
Assess risks and establish contingency plans
Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders
Control site wide budgets, maintaining margins and cost effectiveness
Qualifications
BMS Project Management experience is essential
4+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields
Good, rounded knowledge of HVAC fundamentals
Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
Strong communication skills
Experience working with a team
