If you're an experienced BMS Project Manager ready to take charge of major projects, I'm working with a leading name in the industry who is seeking a mid-to-senior level professional to oversee a portfolio of exciting schemes across the South of the UK.
You'll be at the helm from design to handover, managing budgets, programmes, and teams - ensuring each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
Role: BMS Project Manager
Immediate start available 12-Month Contract (potential to extend) New & existing BMS projects 💼 Outside IR35 Daily rate: DOE Based in Central London
What you'll be doing:
Managing multiple BMS projects simultaneously
Overseeing full lifecycle delivery from design to handover
Handling budgets (£1m-£3m) and sales revenue
Programme planning and progress reporting
Coordinating cost control, scheduling, and resources
Leading teams and liaising with clients to ensure success
What we're looking for:
Proven BMS industry experience
Track record in running large-scale projects (£1-3m)
Strong commercial and planning skills
SMSTS or SSSTS & CSCS/ECS card
Background in commissioning, software, or design (advantageous)
