Salary: £50,000 £60,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits

About the Role

My client is seeking an experienced BMS Service & Small Works Manager to lead service operations across the Midlands. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing engineers, managing client relationships, and delivering small works projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing BMS service engineers across the Midlands
  • Overseeing PPM contracts and reactive maintenance
  • Pricing and delivering small works projects
  • Client relationship management
  • Resource planning and scheduling
  • Ensuring profitability and service standards
  • Supporting recruitment and team development

Requirements

  • Strong background in BMS service delivery
  • Experience managing engineers and service teams
  • Commercial awareness and project costing experience
  • Knowledge of Trend systems preferred
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills

Salary & Benefits

Salary & Package

  • £50,000 £60,000 basic salary
  • Car allowance: £350 per month (vehicle provided by you during probation)
  • Business mileage paid at 20p per mile
  • On-site allowance where applicable:
    • Over 5 hours: £5 per day
    • Over 10 hours: £10 per day
    • Overnight: £25 per day
  • Accommodation paid directly by the company
