BMS Small Works Project Manager\nLocation: Canary Wharf\nSalary: £70,000 – £75,000 (Basic) + Benefits\n\nWe are seeking an experienced BMS Small Works Project Manager to join a growing team delivering fast-paced building controls projects across commercial environments. This role will focus on managing projects typically ranging from £80k to £200k, ensuring efficient delivery, high quality, and strong client satisfaction.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Manage the full lifecycle of multiple BMS small works projects from award through to completion\n\n * \n\n Oversee project planning, programming, and resource allocation across several concurrent projects\n\n * \n\n Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery\n\n * \n\n Ensure successful integration of BMS systems with mechanical and electrical plant\n\n * \n\n Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong working relationships\n\n * \n\n Monitor project performance, ensuring delivery on time and within budget\n\n * \n\n Manage commercial aspects including variations, cost control, and reporting\n\n * \n\n Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and company procedures\n\nRequirements\n\n * \n\n Proven experience managing BMS or controls small works projects\n\n * \n\n Strong technical understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS)\n\n * \n\n Good knowledge of mechanical & electrical plant systems\n\n * \n\n Experience delivering projects in the £80k–£200k range\n\n * \n\n Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment\n\n * \n\n Strong communication and stakeholder management skills\n\nDesirable\n\n * \n\n Experience with leading BMS platforms (e.g. Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider)\n\n * \n\n Background in building services, controls, or a related engineering discipline\n\n * \n\n Relevant technical or engineering qualification\n\nWhat’s on Offer\n\n * \n\n Competitive basic salary (£70k–£75k)\n\n * \n\n Car allowance\n\n * \n\n Private healthcare\n\n * \n\n Pension scheme\n\n * \n\n 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays\n\n * \n\n Opportunity to work on a variety of fast-moving, technically engaging projects\n\n * \n\n Career progression within a growing and forward-thinking business\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a driven Project Manager who enjoys delivering multiple projects and thrives in a dynamic, client-facing environment within the smart buildings sector
